Many necessary items are missing from this property.
As I've mentioned before, the property has been abandoned for close to 2 years. In this picture you'll notice that many of the essential elements of the electrical box are missing. I'm not sure the extent of the work necessary to bring the electrical back to proper working order, but it must be done.
Another essential missing item is the air conditioning condensing unit. One is missing from this picture and a second one is missing from another area. The corresponding air handlers are also missing inside the house.
Besides these pieces also missing are: several appliances, light fixtures, pool equipment, doors, door handles, and more.
Apparently an empty house is an open house for vandals and thieves.
